Partner program cookie policy (L1/L2)
This document describes technical attribution of partner traffic and binding companies to partners.
1. General principles
- Cookie is used as a technical bridge from click to company registration in the service.
- After registration, the source of truth for payouts is the database record, not cookie.
- In the partner program, a client is treated as a company/account (B2B), not an individual employee.
2. Cookies used
iq_partner_id — partner identifier.iq_partner_click_id — click identifier.iq_partner_ts — timestamp of the first partner click.
Cookies do not store logins, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal data.
3. Attribution rules
- First touch wins: on first partner click, cookie is created and not overwritten later.
- If a valid referral code is provided at signup, it has priority over cookie attribution.
- One company is assigned to one L1 partner according to the agency offer terms.
4. Retention period and events
- Default attribution cookie retention is up to 90 calendar days unless otherwise specified in the service UI.
- Click events and company assignment events are logged for settlements and dispute resolution.
5. Transparency and user rights
- Cookie information is published in the privacy policy and in the site cookie notice.
- Disabling cookies in browser settings may limit some service features.
This policy is applied together with the Agency agreement (offer) and Privacy policy.
