This User Agreement and privacy policy for personal data (the “Agreement”) constitutes a public offer. By using the Operator’s website on the Internet (the “Site”) and its services, the User is deemed to have accepted the Agreement and acceded to it.
Use of the Site and its services constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of the Agreement and the personal data processing terms contained therein; if the User does not agree to these terms, the User must refrain from any use of the Site and services.
By accepting the Agreement, the User consents to the processing of personal data to the extent and for the purposes set out in the Agreement, including communication with the User (service and subscription notices, including via messengers when the account is linked).
The Agreement may be changed without special notice. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site. If the User does not agree to the changes, the User must stop using the Site and its services.

1.1. For the purposes of the Agreement, the User’s personal information includes:
1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides when registering (creating an account) or while using the services: surname, first name, patronymic, email address, phone number; credentials for the personal account; account data when signing in via third-party services (OAuth) and when linking messengers (identifier and, where displayed, the username in the relevant messenger); company name and details — to the extent specified during registration and in settings. Information required to provide the services is marked accordingly.
1.1.2. Data obtained in the course of providing the service: information about the User’s communications (including text transcripts of calls, summaries and other materials derived from them), information about contacts and responsible persons transmitted through connected integrations with accounting systems (CRM) and other services. Audio recordings are used only for technical processing (speech recognition) and are not stored in the service databases.
1.1.3. The Agreement applies only to the Operator’s Site and services. The Site does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User may access via links from the Site.
1.1.4. The Operator may disclose the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
2.1. The Site collects and stores only the personal information necessary to provide the services or perform agreements and contracts with the User, except where the law requires mandatory retention for a specified period.
Withdrawal of consent and requests (access to personal data, rectification, blocking, erasure) are sent via a message to the service bot in the messenger (method indicated on the Site). Upon withdrawal of consent, the Operator stops processing within no more than 10 business days. For access or other requests, a response is provided within no more than 10 business days (with a possible extension of up to 5 business days with a reasoned notice). The request should state “Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing” or describe the request.
2.2. The User’s personal information is processed for the following purposes:
3.1. Storage of Users’ personal information is carried out in accordance with internal policies and for the period necessary for the processing purposes, unless another period is set by law or contract.
3.2. The User’s personal information remains confidential except where the User voluntarily discloses information about themselves for unrestricted public access.
3.3. The Operator may disclose personal information to third parties in the cases listed in clause 1.1.4. Processing may be entrusted to such parties (cloud and analytics services, speech recognition and text analysis, etc.) under an agreement.
3.4. Processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, including using automation. Storage is in databases located in the Russian Federation. Cross-border transfer is not performed.
3.5. The Operator takes organisational and technical measures to protect personal data; in case of loss or disclosure, the User is informed and measures are taken to minimise consequences.
4.1. The User shall: provide personal data necessary to use the Site and services; update and supplement the provided personal data if it changes.
4.2. The Operator shall: use the information obtained solely for the purposes stated in the Agreement; keep personal data confidential; take legal, organisational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data; block personal data where required by law.
5.1. The Operator is not liable for loss or disclosure of confidential information if such information: became public before the loss or disclosure; was obtained from a third party before it was received by the Operator; was disclosed with the User’s consent.
6.1. A claim must be filed before going to court. The recipient of the claim notifies the applicant in writing of the outcome within 14 business days.
6.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of Moscow Region in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the Agreement.
7.1. The Operator may amend the Agreement without the User’s consent. The new version takes effect when published on the Site.
7.2. Cookies and other technical means may be used for the Site’s operation, analytics and the partner programme. In particular, the Site may set session and visit identifiers (e.g. cookies such as iq_session_id) and, when visiting via a partner link, partner technical cookies (e.g. iq_partner_id, iq_partner_click_id) without storing the User’s personal data in them. Cookie retention is limited to the period necessary for these purposes and/or the User’s browser settings. Refusing cookies in browser settings may limit some Site features. Processing by third parties (analytics providers and other services) is governed by their own privacy policies.
